TALLINN, Jun 27, BNS – The board of the Estonian Reform Party's Tallinn chapter and the party's city council group decided on Friday to give businessman Urmas Sõõrumaa a mandate to resolve the capital's governance crisis and nominate him as a candidate for mayor of Tallinn.
