TALLINN, Jun 04, BNS – The Tallinn Circuit Court partially overturned the decision of the Harju County Court in the bribery case of the former managers of listed port company Tallinna Sadam and terminated the criminal proceedings against some of the defendants due to the expiration of the limitation period and ordered the Estonian state to pay them nearly one million euros.
