TALLINN, Jul 02, BNS – The Tallinn-based Harju County Court, in a plea bargain procedure, found Moldovan citizen Ivan Chihaial guilty of arson at the Slava Ukraina restaurant on behalf of and in the interests of a Russian intelligence service, and sentenced him to six and a half years in prison.
