TALLINN, Jul 22, BNS – The Viru County Court has sentenced Pavel Kapustin, a Russian citizen residing in Narva, to prison for intelligence activities against the Republic of Estonia and support thereof, as well as providing false information to an administrative body and violating sanctions.
