Rahandusministri määrus lubab pangakonto avada kontorisse minemata

Rahandusminister Sven Sester allkirjastas määruse, mis lubab pankadel avada nii Eesti elanikele kui ka e-residentidele arvelduskonto kontorisse minemata.
