TALLINN, Jul 03, BNS – Estonian President Alar Karis on Thursday announced his refusal to promulgate the laws amending the Churches and Congregations Act, the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act and the International Sanctions Act, as they are not in accordance with the Constitution of Estonia.
