TALLINN, Jul 25, BNS – AS LHV Pank has submitted a notice of intent to claim a contractual penalty of 247 million euros from the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), alleging that the FIU unlawfully accessed the bank's clients' account statements and balance data over a five-year period.
